So what are your top three values when you start your business?
When you think about your company, ask... Screw it. You know what? There's only one that matters. Only one. And that's integrity.
Integrity is it when I think about values in business because everything else you can learn.
And yes, they're important, but everything stops with integrity because if you don't have integrity, I can't do business with you. I can't work with you. I can't sell to you. I can't get investment from you.
Then none of it matters.
So when you think about what's important, at least for me and the values that I hold dear, everything starts and everything stops with integrity because that's all that matters.
It's pretty telling, isn't it? So this is a super short one today, but I think it's a super important one. So when you think about who you want to work with in business and who you want to do business with, make sure they have integrity first because if they don't, nothing else matters.
